Steven John Williams and Joseph Allen both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, have been appointed as administrators of Brewery Sapphire Ltd, The Old Lyric Hall Ltd, St David 425 Ltd and Terrace Ruby Ltd trading as The Old Brewery, The Old Lyric Hall, Parade House and The Terrace on the 15th September 2026.
The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Joint Administrators, who act as agents for the Company and without personal liability. They are both licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners Association. UK Licensed Insolvency Practitioners acting as office holders act without personal liability, are bound by the Insolvency Code of Ethics and unless otherwise stated are authorised by the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
